 Block Medical Officer Mandhar, Dr. Parvaiz Ahmad Khan has appealed and said to people that with the onset of monsoon, diarrhea spreads to his feet or reach in the rural areas. He said that in fact, when it rains, a bacterium grows in the water which causes diarrhea. It can be dangerous if not treated in a timely manner. 

  He further said that even if diarrhea spreads and engulfs a large population, it is quite possible that it will become epidemic and cause widespread destruction of living beings. 

  He also said that Diarrhea can be fatal for men and women of all ages, young men and children.Awaring the general public he said that at the moment, the monsoon rains have begun, the water is getting dirty and the same water is being used carelessly without drinking boiled water, which can lead to diseases like diarrhea and Cholera . 

   Telling the Symptoms of said disease he said that diarrhea usually includes cholera, an upset stomach, and a complete inability to digest food properly. Exactly when the stomach stops working or slows down a patient with diarrhea develops indigestion. He said more that Indigestion may be a cause of vomiting in the affected patient. 

 A patient with diarrhea develops weakness and at the same time suffers in leg pain. He said that at this time it is better for everyone to take special care of their health and God forbid if the person is feeling the symptoms of this disease or is suffering from these symptoms then he should go to the hospital well in time and get proper treatment, because health is wealth.

  He also said that used water after boiling in this season.Acute Gastroenteritis , Jaundice, Fever may cause of it. He forbid to allow water and other things around and inside the house in this season. He also suggested that people must clean Tanks, Coolers as the Reserve water in pounds, coolers and at others places around the house give breading to  Mosquitos which may cause 'Malaria' as well as 'Dengue' so all should take precautions particularly in this season because the Malria may outbreak due to mosquitoes.

 He again suggested that during this session while working use Long Shoes and take special care while working “Domestic Work” like grass cutting or others it may chances of snake bite, so it is truly said that “Cure is Better than Treatment. Appealing to all he said that all should touch all episodes which may happen during these months. He also advise to not go to near the Rivers and don't allow the childrens to go there during the rainy days.
