  Secretary, In-charge  Pir Panchal and President Bar Association Poonch  Advocate Mohd  Maroof  Khan has expressed deep concern over the loss of life and property caused by the recent heavy rains in Poonch and Rajouri.

   In the statement, he said that due to the recent rains, there was heavy damage in the Pir Panjal region, and dozens of houses have been completely destroyed or partially damaged. Private and public properties were also heavily damaged. Agricultural lands, roads, protective embankments etc were smashed. 

  He said that there are dozens of people whose houses have either completely collapsed or are not safe for residents, living in them can lead to any untoward incident. Many such people have been forced to shift to their neighbours' houses. Advocate Mohd Maroof Khan said that the administration does not have anything to help the affected families immediately which is a pity. 

  It is the responsibility of the administration to immediately provide tents or other necessary equipment to such victims. In this regard, many victims approached the concerned officers and they were told to prepare files for compensation, which takes several weeks and then they get a few thousand rupees as compensation.

 He said that a person who needs help to hide immediately has to wait for several months, what could be more unfortunate than that. Maroof khan told Daily Udaan that in many places the poor people whose houses collapsed, the officers arrived there only with photos. Downloaded, uploaded, said a few words of sympathy and left.

  Doing this is an insult to the poor people, when you can't give a single rupee in the name of help, the administration's photo show is reprehensible. Maroof Khan personally visited several affected areas of Mendhar on Saturday and reviewed the situation on the spot. The President Bar Association Poonch has requested the Lt. Governor administration to immediately release funds under the State Disaster Management Fund for Poonch and Rajouri districts and provide immediate assistance to the victims.

A team leader or an officer can play a vital role on the the ground in all departments. And Dr. Parvaiz Ahmed Khan is playing tremendous role in his respective field.

However, in this effort, he have proved to be quite successful. As a lowly observer, I have seen Dr. Parvaiz Ahmad Khan fearlessly treating the injured men and women immediately when the situation between India and Pakistan on the border has been tense and shelling from both sides. It has been the period of epidemic where everything was in short supply but every arrangement was satisfactorily made in the mentioned hospital and it was just a wonderful example of selfless service of Dr. Parvaiz Ahmed Khan and  a history making sacrifice as well.

 _During the #night, when you are in deep sleep and suddenly you wake up to the barking sound of the dogs in your streat, what would you do? Obviously, you would feel helpless.

__Increasing menace of streat/stray dogs in #Poonch has become talk of the town. You would see them barking and sleeping under the vehicles at some places and getting aggressive and scaring the children and the elderly at other places. 

__Several times we find them getting violent and biting the people resulting  into #rabies, #leptospirosis and so on.

__#Municipality Poonch need to take the measure of sterilization of these dogs to contain the increase in the their population and simultaneously ensure the safety of the people from the bites of existing dogs.

  Lankan Tigers Cricket Team begged the Lankan Cricket Trophy with its win in the final match played between Lankan Tigers and Dream 11.  Earlier in the day, Abdal  khan Captain of Lankan Tigers won the toss and elected to bat, the team scored a total of  128 runs in 16 Overs.

  In reply, Dream 11 team bundled out in mere 80 runs paving the way for Lankan Tigers to grab the trophy in 20-20 Overs Premier League. The league has been organized by Zaiafat Ali, Istakhar Rahoof and Abdal Khan of  Mendhar to promote sports activity in the border town Mendhar of district Poonch.

  Dr. Shahzad Ahmed Malik, former Vice Chancellor of SNU and Chairman of the Jammu and Kashmir Border Area Development Conference who was chief guest of the match  gave away the prizes to the players  and congratulated the winning team, he also appreciated the organizers for hosting the Cricket League in the border town for providing opportunities to the youth of the area.  

  While interacting with the players of both the team,  Dr Shahzad asked  them to focus on sports and games along with their studies and maintain distance from any kind of addiction.

  World🌍 population Day was Observed  at Government Sub District Hospital Mendhar under the supervision of Block Medical Officer Mendhar, Dr. Parvaiz Ahmed Khan.A large number of people, ASHAs,Experts and  Health Workers Participated in the awareness. 

    On the occasion Dr. Parvaiz Ahmed Khan Block Medical Officer Mendhar, delivered a 'Detail Lecture' on the concern of awareness to all.Dr. Khan said, "World population Day is observed every year on  11th of July to raise awareness about Global Population issues.  

    Dr. Khan said, "Over Population has Become a major  concern as Global  Resources are being used at an unsustainable rate. Dr. Khan said, "The Theme for this Year is A World Of 8 Billion"Towards a Resilient future for All-Harnessing opportunities and ensuring Rights and choices for All."

    Dr. Khan said, 'The theme suggests that 8 billion people's living today and due to this they 'Don't have equal Rights' and opportunities."Dr. Khan said, "On the Occasion, from start till date house to house survey was conducted for eligible couples Which are about 25000 in sub Division Mendhar and the'The Aim is spacing and 'Hum Dho Humare Dho' 

  For which temporary as well permanent methods for family planning are used for Temporary Likes Epills, Tab Chaya  Inj Antra and condoms IUCD ,PPUICD.Dr. Khan said, "And for Permanent for Female Laproligation and For Male Vasectomy and urged all to follow this at one hearing."

   Dr. Khan said, "As Day by Day population is Increasing, as population is increasing there is land distribution and construction of 'Maximum Houses' and one day will come there will be 'Houses on Earth but  ''No Land." 

    Dr. Khan said, "Further if we have two children we will educate them better,  keep them health  better care as compare to maximum children more than 2."

   Dr. Khan said, "Ask Ashas, FMPHWs and public present to aware public in General about this use all family planning methods.

   When the  Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) migrated from Makkah, Saudi Arabia, to the City of Madinah, he saw that the people there celebrated two festivals of happiness called "Nerouz" and "Mehrjan". Sahabah Rizwan Alayhim asked Him that they should  also participate in these festivals? He said, "Allah has given you two better days than these, one on the day of Eid al-Fitr and the other on Eid al-Adha."

    Eid al-Fitr is celebrated when Muslims complete the obligatory fasts in Ramadan. The second Eid is a Sacrifice of Halal Animals or salty Eid. Apart from being a part of the obligatory Hajj, the sacrifice on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha has a great virtue and greatness in Islam and this sacrifice is obligatory . He said, "Whoever does not offer sacrifice in spite of his ability, he should not come to our place of Eid." So sacrifice willingly.

Ready For Sacrifice

   Reference (Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah). The sacrifice began in such a way that Hazrat Ibrahim Khalilullah saw in a dream that he was slaughtering his son. He mentioned this dream to his son and asked for his opinion. The son replied: O my dear father! Do not delay in carrying out what you have been commanded, you will find me one of the patient, God willing. (Qur'an: 3) So Abraham took his son Ishmael from Makkah to Mina, where he went to sacrifice his son.Abraham laid it on his forehead. 

Goat For Sacrifices

     He had not yet been able to slaughter when a call came from Allah Almighty. “O Ibrahim, the truth of the vision” means, O Ibrahim! You made your dream come true. Then Allah Almighty sent a ram for sacrifice instead of Hazrat Ishmael (AS) which was slaughtered by Hazrat Ibrahim (AS). Sacrifice was made obligatory on every able-bodied person to keep the action and passion alive.

    Nabi e Mukram says that this is your father,s Sunnah of Abraham. The companions said: O Messenger of Allah, what is our benefit in this? He said: For every hair of the sacrificial animal you will get a good deed. They said: O Messenger of Allah!  if wool instead of hair is on an animal? He said that for every hair of wool you will get a good deed. Reference: (Mushkat Sharif)

 Block Medical Officer Mandhar, Dr. Parvaiz Ahmad Khan has appealed and said to people that with the onset of monsoon, diarrhea spreads to his feet or reach in the rural areas. He said that in fact, when it rains, a bacterium grows in the water which causes diarrhea. It can be dangerous if not treated in a timely manner. 

  He further said that even if diarrhea spreads and engulfs a large population, it is quite possible that it will become epidemic and cause widespread destruction of living beings. 

  He also said that Diarrhea can be fatal for men and women of all ages, young men and children.Awaring the general public he said that at the moment, the monsoon rains have begun, the water is getting dirty and the same water is being used carelessly without drinking boiled water, which can lead to diseases like diarrhea and Cholera . 

   Telling the Symptoms of said disease he said that diarrhea usually includes cholera, an upset stomach, and a complete inability to digest food properly. Exactly when the stomach stops working or slows down a patient with diarrhea develops indigestion. He said more that Indigestion may be a cause of vomiting in the affected patient. 

 A patient with diarrhea develops weakness and at the same time suffers in leg pain. He said that at this time it is better for everyone to take special care of their health and God forbid if the person is feeling the symptoms of this disease or is suffering from these symptoms then he should go to the hospital well in time and get proper treatment, because health is wealth.

  He also said that used water after boiling in this season.Acute Gastroenteritis , Jaundice, Fever may cause of it. He forbid to allow water and other things around and inside the house in this season. He also suggested that people must clean Tanks, Coolers as the Reserve water in pounds, coolers and at others places around the house give breading to  Mosquitos which may cause 'Malaria' as well as 'Dengue' so all should take precautions particularly in this season because the Malria may outbreak due to mosquitoes.

 He again suggested that during this session while working use Long Shoes and take special care while working “Domestic Work” like grass cutting or others it may chances of snake bite, so it is truly said that “Cure is Better than Treatment. Appealing to all he said that all should touch all episodes which may happen during these months. He also advise to not go to near the Rivers and don't allow the childrens to go there during the rainy days.
