Eid-ul-fitr literally translates into the occasion of breaking the fast. This festival marks the closing of the month long Ramadan fast.
Eid is a festival of charity, it is a festival for self-introspection. Eid ul fitr has a deep spiritual significance for all.
May this Eid brings Happiness, Developments, Prosperity ,Peace in the Jammu and Kashmir. I wish this EID brings brotherhood and communal Harmony across Country. He further stated that Secular fabric character of India Must be saved by its Protectors which given to us after long struggle and sacrifice by our freedom fighters.
